The new facility covers an area of 7,200 m² dedicated to production, along with 12,000 m² of roads and green spaces. The building, constructed with prefabricated concrete, stands out for its efficient thermal insulation system and zenithal skylights, which reduce the need for artificial lighting. To further strengthen its environmental commitment, 50% of the roof has been fitted with solar panels, ensuring a more sustainable energy production.
Among the project's technical challenges was the need to integrate the new structure with the existing building, ensuring a continuous operational flow during the expansion. Additionally, the project includes the installation of 12 electric vehicle charging stations and a 40 m² technical building, equipped with a fire control center and a water reservoir for emergency use.
