The new facilities will enable Groupe GM to increase its production and storage capacity in response to the growth that it has experienced.
Due to the specific characteristics of the company, the design stage had to guarantee the definition of technical solutions to ensure compliance with the strict requirements and regulations applicable to the cosmetics industry, including the separation of entries and exits from the production area, with the creation of cleaning and decontamination areas. In functional terms, the building will comprise a single block. Level 0 will include, in addition to the production and storage areas for both companies, laboratory and R&D areas, a canteen and the show room, while administrative and social areas will be installed on the first floor.
