Benefiting from a strategic location near the A33 and A12 motorways and approximately 18 km from Lisbon, the new facility offers excellent accessibility to major road networks and national and international transport routes.
Covering around 32,000 m², the building comprises five logistics units ranging from 3,500 m² to 13,000 m², including two-storey administrative and social areas and a total of 51 loading docks. The project was designed with a high degree of flexibility and a strong focus on sustainability, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification through solutions that reduce environmental impact and promote energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and landscape integration.
