GG was responsible for the construction, which involved the restoration of a historic industrial building in Trofa, former home of a textile factory.

Built in the first half of last century and with high architectural and urban value, the building was completely rehabilitated ir order to receive the Vigent Group offices.
Maintaining the original image of the building, the execution plan integrated modern and contemporary construction elements, adapted to the new requirements of the building and its future use.
In the project stands out the total reconstruction of the roof, using traditional methods, with wooden support structure and Portuguese tile covering.
Offices, multipurpose spaces, meeting and training rooms, as well as social areas will welcome Vigent employees. The construction works also included the conversion of the old industrial area into a parking lot.
